Hummingbird Connect™ for TESCAN is designed to support connections between Hummingbird in-situ hardware and TESCAN microscope automation, acquisition, and analytical workflows.

On supported platforms, the ExpertPI™ environment provides Python-based access for developing custom acquisition and processing methods. This creates a strong pathway for coordinating Hummingbird holder conditions and control data with TESCAN microscope functions, acquisition events, and external analytical tools.

The objective is to complement TESCAN’s open interfaces and keep the customer’s preferred microscope and software environment at the center of the experiment.

What is Hummingbird Connect™?

Hummingbird Connect™ is designed to connect Hummingbird Scientific holders, stages, delivery systems, and control hardware with microscope software, acquisition tools, external equipment, and laboratory data workflows.

Rather than forcing researchers into a predefined accessory-software ecosystem, Hummingbird Connect™ focuses on the connection points required for the experiment and the tools the laboratory already trusts.
