JEOL Affiliate Quarterly News
Hummingbird Scientific showcased the power of integrated microscopy workflow automation through live demonstrations at the JEOL booth during both Microscopy & Microanalysis (M&M) 2026 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the 21st International Microscopy Congress (IMC21) in Liverpool, UK.
For more than 10 years, our software strategy has remained consistent: we support JEOL software rather than developing our own. Our focus is on building the connection between the TEM and the Hummingbird controller, enabling seamless integration with JEOL software. Beyond that, we want customers to own their workflows and have the flexibility to use a wide range of software, including open-source tools.
M&M and IMC21: JEOL booths at both events featured a preview of JEOL | IDES Scope Composer™ software integrated with the Hummingbird Biasing + Heating Holder through Hummingbird Connect™.
